Windsor has experienced significant growth working with banks` special asset divisions performing property management for their distressed properties, managing the properties for solvency for all ownership entities. We believe our professional service and attention to detail has aided to our reputation as a go to property management firm.

As a boutique property management firm our management fees are typical lower than those of the larger firms, as we do not have a high fixed overhead. Windsor Management focuses on quality service in all our work product and personal interactions. In today`s economic climate, tenant retention, asset management and high quality customer service are paramount in controlling costs and maximizing profits for owners. To that end, Windsor does not include extra charges beyond our management fee. Fees for improvements and management of construction projects and brokerage will be separate. We believe this allows our investors to accurately predict and budget the cost for the services we provide. We take great measures to ensure the pricing of our services are accurate and appropriate for the work that is required. We work hard to ensure great service as "standard practice" and balance this with competitive pricing of our services. Windsor maintains strong, consistent and long term relationships with vendors.
