

Associations
Windsor Management provides multiple services for condominium associations. Windsor has experience with both residential and commercial associations. We establish and administer the CC&R's, Bylaws, and General Rules and Regulations for condominium associations customizing the specifications for each project. We maintain official records and prepare all required notices as well as conduct Board Meetings for the association. Windsor comprehends fully that we manage the entire property as a whole not simply one unit when we manage associations. Our commitment is to the entirety of the property and to each individual condominium owner to protect and grow the financial asset in which they have invested.
Windsor Management Association services include:
- Review and revise yearly and monthly operating budgets
- Perform all accounts receivable and payable duties
- Maintain checking and reserve bank accounts and reconcile the statement monthly
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports
- Maintain Official Records of the Association and ensures Davis-Stirling compliance
- Administer and enforce association's CC&R's, Bylaw, and Rules and Regulations
- Prepare all required notices and conducts Board Meetings
- Solicit bids and supervises property vendors
- Provide both physical and night time inspections of the property
- Handle complaints and requests and acts on each issue in an appropriate, efficient and professional manner
- Implement and oversee owner and/or tenant improvements
- Records Appropriate Documents with City and County
- Arranges property insurance and maintain Certificates of Liability
- Confirm and collect corporate (W2) or 1099 status from all vendors
- Work with CPA, attorney, broker or other professional service provider as required.
