Windsor Management maintains commercial real estate properties throughout Northern California. We provide off-site and on-site management services. We supervise building employees and staff at such as assistant managers, engineers, day porters, and janitorial crews at larger properties. Windsor develops and implements policies including tenant handbooks, employee handbooks and emergency manuals.

Windsor provides LEED Accredited Professionals for clients who require green care and maintenance of the property. We will hire, instruct, supervise and maintain employees for continued proper usage of the electrical, HVAC systems and landscape maintenance systems for those properties with in-house janitorial and maintenance staff. Windsor will also write a “green” policy for those companies requesting this service. We promote a healthy and energy efficient work environment.
