Elizabeth Bunker, Principal
Elizabeth founded Windsor Management in 2007 with the mission to provide quality professional service to the property management field. Previously, she worked at The Pike Company, a commercial development company located in the San Francisco area working in construction management and property management. Prior to moving to California in 2002, Elizabeth worked at her family business, Johnson Roses Inc., a wholesale flower distributer and rose growing company, which sold floral and plant products throughout New England.
Elizabeth has earned her CCIM, CPM, RPA, CCAM, and LEED AP designations as well as holding a California broker license. #01853194 She graduated with a double major in economics and French with a minor in Spanish from Bucknell University.
Elizabeth serves on the present IREM SF Board of Directors as VP of Education.
Theresa Kelly, Accounting
Theresa is Windsor Management’s head accountant. She worked at Arthur Andersen as an accountant and financial analysis as well as Crowley Maritime Corporation. Theresa has also worked with numerous non- profit organizations reviewing, developing, and establishing financial guidelines and plans.
Theresa graduated from DePaul University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting.
Cathy Dolbec, Project Manager
At Windsor Management, Cathy works on new projects to ensure smooth transitional periods. Cathy has a strong financial background and assists Theresa in financial duties at the company as well. Cathy also brings a strong marketing background to Windsor with past work experiences at Xerox, Microsoft and Novell.
Cathy graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a major in accounting.
Stacy Bennett, Project Manager
With a JD and an LLM in taxation, Stacy's expertise strengthens Windsor's negotiations and contractual conditions. Stacy reviews and edits documentations such as formal documents, leases, appeals, and tax filings. Stacy also manages properties for Windsor utilizing her organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills in all work duties that she performs.
Stacy has an undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University and a law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law.
Priscilla Helmes, Office
Priscilla manages all of Windsor's day to day administrative operations on behalf of clients, owners and tenants. She assists in all areas of Windsor as she maintains office duties for the company. Priscilla has operated her own catering company as well as organizational consulting business.
