Examples include small office improvements, exterior renovations, abatement work, and full repositioning of properties.  Windsor has experience working with lenders and owners assessing, implementing and overseeing improvements and upgrades to under- performing and distressed properties. Regardless of the scale or scope of the project, Windsor will oversee the entire construction process from pre-construction to finished product.
